Shipping Policy
Processing Time
• Orders are processed and will ship within 1–3 business days. (Timing depends on your choice at checkout.)
• During special events, shop hops, or sales, processing may take an additional day.
Shipping Rates & Methods
• Calculated at checkout based on price. (0-$49.99) is $9.99 $50.00- $99.99) is 15.99 ($100 + is free
• We ship nationwide using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International orders are generally accepted but are not guaranteed for returns or exchanges.
• Free in-store or curbside pickup is available during our regular store hours. Once an order is processed, an email is sent letting you know that the order is ready.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• Once shipped, carrier delays are out of our control.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can help file a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
In general for domestic shipping, returns are free, but only accepted for damaged items. Exchanges or in-store credit may be accepted on a case by case basis. Further detail is provided below.
Fabric & Cut Goods
• All fabric (including yardage, pre-cuts, kits, stabilizers, and batting) is final sale.
• We cannot accept returns on any items cut to order.
Notions & Accessories
• May be returned with in-store credit within 3 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Receipt required.
Sewing Machines, Sergers & Longarms
• All machines are final sale.
• Manufacturer warranties apply.
• If you experience an issue, please call the store and our certified technicians will assist you.
Special Orders
• Special-order items are final sale and may require a deposit.
Class Policy
Registration
• Payment is required at registration to hold your seat.
• Class sizes are limited; we recommend early sign-ups.
Cancellations
• Store credit is given for cancellations made 48 hours or more before class.
• No refunds or credit for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Supplies
• Each class requires a supply list.
• Students receive 10% off supplies purchased for their class (excludes machines, furniture, and sale items).
Class Etiquette
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up.
• Bring your machine in good working order unless the class provides machines.
• Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes.
Machine Warranty & Service Policy
• All sewing machines, sergers, and longarms include the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Walla Walla Sew & Vac provides in-house certified service for Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Singer Momentum, and Handi Quilter.
• Warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturing defects only.
• Damage from needles, thread jams, drops, or improper use is not covered.
• Estimates must be approved before repairs are completed.
• Unclaimed machines after 60 days may be considered abandoned.
Longarm Quilting Service Policy (Optional to include)
Turnaround Time
• Typical turnaround is 2–8 weeks, depending on workload.
Preparation Requirements
• Backing and batting must be at least 6 inches larger than your quilt top in both directions.
• Quilt tops must be pressed and square.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy.
• We do not sell or share your information.
• Your contact details are used only for order updates, newsletters (if subscribed), and customer service.
• Payment information is securely processed through our trusted payment partners.
