Posh Sunflower--Holiday Wall Hanging Summer

This small achievable project will make you more confident and stretch your skills. This particular project uses the Quick Curve Ruler (QCR) Mini and results in a beautiful sunflower to brighten any home. The Posh Sunflower is a great way to decorate that small wall space or a door. I'll share a great option for a sleeve that is unique and decorative also. Class time will involve cutting the curved pieces, sewing and trimming the curved blocks. You will go home with everything ready to assemble.

Requirements: Working sewing machine (don't forget the power cord, bobbin and foot pedal) Sewing Machine Foot, Rotary cutter (with a new blade), 100% cotton thread, Scissors, Seam Ripper (we hope you don't need it, but just in case) Sharp Quilting Pins, Extra Machine Needles supplies list will be emailed to you once you pay for your class online or in store!

Instructor Bio: I learned to garment sew in high school. Around 2005, a friend talked me into taking a block of the month class and. As I finished that first quilt, another friend said come see my new machine, a long arm, and I was totally hooked on piecing and the long arm process. My husband and I have lived in Walla Walla since 2017. Retirement has allowed me to really stretch my quilting skills. I enjoy using Creative Grids rulers on projects. It has allowed me to become more accurate quilter. I love to share what I have learned with others.
